| RESPONSE LAW GEARS UP FOR NEW SCHOOL YEAR! To All Our Clients and Course Attendees: In preparation for the new school year, Response Law is pleased to announce that it has updated all of its traditional training courses to reflect the most recent strategies and methods being implemented across the country by school and police officials. New Course Alert: Response Law introduces the “Current Case Law Symposium” series to address the ever-increasing demand from school, police, and security personnel throughout the country for accurate analysis of U.S. Supreme Court decisions and the most recent case law as well as Attorney General opinions and directives from your own home state. There is a critical need to understand how these decisions impact your policies and procedures with the goal of avoiding any misunderstanding or misapplication of the law, and, thereby, reducing liability exposure. Response Law’s Current Case Law Symposium (CCLS) series focuses on detailed, accurate yet practical analysis of the most current court decisions combined with actual scenarios and follow-up examples on how to convert these decisions into effective policy and operational procedures. CCLS would be applicable to all school administrators including supervisory disciplinary personnel, counselors, and security officers. As to the law enforcement arena, this course would be applicable to all police command staff, school resource officers, juvenile officers, detectives, patrol officers, and probation officers depending upon the course content selected. This new 4-hour course has received an overwhelming response after being launched this summer to dozens of school, police, and security personnel at the Coliseum in Hampton, Virginia.
